Unfortunately the registry key back again every time that you restart the Bluetooth Manager. This key is associated with the C:\WINDOWS\system32\TosBtShell.dll and the CLSID.
I proved this by using ShellExView from Nirsoft to disable the registry key "Bluetooth File extension". The conflict stops if you remove "to Bluetooth" in the context menu of files and folders. However, if the Bluetooth Manager is running when you do the right click, power drawers breaks down and you must close and re-open explorer.exe to recover. Right click on an item in the waterfall and you get a list of useful options. Then you mouse to any folder in the list and give him also as a sublist - and so forth as deeply as you want until you reach the folder or file you want.

Anyway I'll examine this reboot problem a bit more tomorrow perhaps it relates only to install/uninstall these drivers toshibas. However, it seems that these reboots are associated with uninstalling programs - especially during attempts to uninstall toshiba bluetooth stack.
